The next was a report by vice-rector P.O. Kyrychok about the results of educational work at the university for 2017 year.

The first issue on the agenda was the report of Pro-rector M.Yu. Ilchenko on "Science and Innovation in 2017: with concrete actions and hopes for changes for the better".

The next issue was about the results of the work of the department of perspective development of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute of 2017 and plans for 2018

The main issue on the agenda was the report of the first pro-rector Yu. Yakymenko about the concept of the educational process of the third training cycle (PhD).

The next issue resolved was the approval of the university admission rules. A speech was given by the first pro-rector Yu. I. Yakymenko.

On November 23, 2017, under the chairmanship of M.O.Bezuglyi,acting Chairman of the trade union committee, held a meeting of the trade union committee of  Igor Sikorsky KPI.

The guest of the first meeting of the intellectual club "OSA", which took place in the Scientific and Technical Library of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute on November 14, was the rector of the University Mikhailo Zgurovsky.

The next was considering of the issue about the results of the "Sikorsky Challenge" competition in 2017. Pro-rector O.M. Novikov was a reporter.

On October 19-20, the BSUN - the network of universities of the Black Sea countries - was held on the basis of the Technical University of Moldova in Chisinau, as well as the seminar “Intergovernmental joint measures for the processing of satellite data and the development of space technology”.
