One year to our wonderful shelter! Kyiv Polytechnic hosted a chess tournament dedicated to the one-year anniversary of the opening of the first smart shelter in Ukraine, Clust space, in the Scientific and Technical Library named after H. I. Denysenko.

On the occasion of the Anti-Corruption Day, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute held a university competition of creative works aimed at popularizing the idea of integrity, developing creative thinking, cognitive interest and moral and ethical outlook of students.

In the youth creative competition “Together Against Corruption! Your Vision Matters”, held by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on the occasion of the International Anti-Corruption Day, second-year students of the Faculty of Sociology and Law of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Diana Shybynska, Kristina Kormyshkina, Ruslana Kuzichkina and Sofia Kuzub won second place.

A student's soul requires self-expression in art. After all, it is in art that a person finds new knowledge, answers to vital questions, calmness from everyday hustle and bustle, and spiritual pleasure. Even in our unpredictable wartime.  And here is a vivid proof of this.

The Student Council of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute organized a festive event that combined New Year's vibes, interesting activities and charity.

The real magic of Hogwarts came to life within the walls of the university:

Every year 270 laureates of the President of Ukraine scholarship - schoolchildren and students - receive financial rewards for their scientific achievements. Among them are 150 winners of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiads in basic academic subjects and 120 winners of the All-Ukrainian Competition for the Defense of Research Papers by Students of the Junior Academy of Sciences.

Students of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute visited the Khmelnytsky NPP branch of NAEK Energoatom JSC. For future engineers, visiting energy facilities, especially such as KhNPP, is not just an educational event, but also a mandatory stage in the formation of their professional outlook and, perhaps, the first acquaintance with their future place of work.

On November 28-th, 2024, the XVII Open Student Circuit Theory Olympiad was held, which is annually held by the Department of Electronic Engineering of the Faculty of Electronics and is dedicated to the memory of Professor Vitaliy Sigorsky, an outstanding scientist and pedagog who worked at our university from 1964 till 2007.

On the occasion of the International Volunteer Day, students, teachers, staff and graduates of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute were making the necessary equipment for our soldiers all day long.
