Anastasiia Sydorenko. The sprouts of the future are growing stronger
The Seeds for the Future international educational programme organised by Huawei brought together 150 students from 23 countries in Rome this year. The main topics of the event were: innovation, digitalisation, sustainable development and entrepreneurship. Among the participants were five talented students from five leading Ukrainian universities. Anastasiia Sydorenko, a fourth-year student of the RTF, represented Kyiv Polytechnic.

At the end of May, the international hackathons Smart City Challenge and BioHackathon were held in Warsaw. They were organized by the Student Government of the Warsaw University of Technology, the Herbion Biotechnology Research Group of the Warsaw University of Technology, the Center for International Cooperation, and the student research groups Ventures and Startups and Innovation of the Warsaw School of Economics.

The scientific student group “Experimental Research of New Materials and Biomechanical Systems”, which operates at the Department of Dynamics and Strength of Machines and Resistance of Materials of the Educational and Research Mechanical Engineering Institute, is an example of the important work of young scientists and students in creating prostheses for wounded soldiers and anyone who needs surgery to restore mobility.
