From 2 to 4 April 2015, the Ukrainian Olympiad on discipline "Cultural Studies" was held for the fourth time at the NTUU "KPI" at the Department of Sociology and Law.

December 5, 2014, the seventh interuniversity scientific seminar "Actual problems of teaching the history of Ukraine and the history of Ukrainian culture in higher education" was held in the NTUU “KPI”.

December 16, the long-awaited festival of KVN League KPI was held. Six teams - from FRE, FSL, FIDE, FMM, ESITS, IME – took part in it. Members of all participating teams are graduates of the School of KVN KPI, which took place last fall.

January 29, the delegation of the Higher Business School in Dabrowa Gornicza (Poland) visited National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” .

November 27-28, 2014, the International Scientific and Practical Conference on Sociology "Great War, the great transformation: the historical sociology of the 20th century, 1914-2014" was held at the Department of Sociology and Law.

November 20, a delegation of the State of Israel, included the First Secretary of the Embassy of Israel in Ukraine Vlad Lerner and dean of the faculty of design Holonsky Institute of Technology, Professor Dana Ariel visited NTUU "KPI".

An exhibition of paintings known in Kyiv artist, member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine Vasily M.Kush, was held in the exhibition hall FSL.

Seminar, devoted to the work of the outstanding Brazilian writer Clarice Lispector, was held on October 23 in the KPI.

Eighth International Scientific Conference "Social Work: Theory, History, Innovation" was held on 15-16 May 2014 in "KPI".

In these difficult days for our country one of the means of maintaining a positive attitude is a look into the future. We look to the future with the hope of building a state in which each of us will participate. I'd like to on the way forward to success. However, what it means - to be successful?
