📌 Every year, the International Competition of Student Research Papers on Artificial Intelligence brings together young researchers who create innovative solutions and develop new ideas, working with the most advanced areas of AI — from Computer Vision to Natural Language Processing.
The winners of the innovative projects competition held as part of the Sikorsky Challenge 2025 festival, which recently took place at KPI, have been announced. They will receive funding to implement their ideas. This is the fourth festival held during the war, so its priorities included a defense forum and projects aimed at protecting the civilian population and critical infrastructure. The authors describe one of the developments that addresses an urgent need: the construction of shelters.

Sigorsky, an outstanding scientist and teacher who worked at our university from 1964 to 2007.
On November 26, 2025, the first Open Veterans' Tournament of Long Backgammon “Warrior of Light” took place at the CLUST Space smart space in the H. I. Denisenko Scientific and Technical Library (Igor Sikorsky KPI Library).

The main esports event of the fall at Igor Sikorsky KPI! The finals of the Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2 tournaments took place as part of the open esports tournament “KPI Rector's Cup 2025.”
