The new pictorial exhibition “The sun in your hands” from the artist Nata Rasp was opened on April 16th in the Art gallery of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

On April,10, at the opera house of 7th corpus the photo exhibition, which is devoted to our country, was presented. Its main topic sounds so :” Ukraine. We don’t need another country”.

In 12th March in Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute`s art gallery an Yulia Tsyhanenko`s  exhibition ‘‘Spring`s fantasy’’ was opened. Yulia has graduated from our university in 2010.

An art competition “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Talents», which was dedicated to the 120th birthday of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and was held in the exhibition hall in the 7th building from the 5th of November to the 13th of December 2018, has recently been solemnly closed.

On the 15th of November in the exhibition hall of building 7 the ceremonial opening of the first part of annual art competition “The talents of Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” was carried out.

On May 16th, in the exhibition hall of the academic building №7 was the closure of the second part of the KPI Talents Contest 2018 where 45 participants presented about 180 works in the genie of photography and computer graphics.

There are artists who do not want to be similar to others. The world-famous artist Andriy Kulagin belongs to them. He is a painter and graphic artist, boldly experimenting with color and form, working in the genre of landscape, still life and portrait.

Feeling of a soft touch to the beauty and magnitude of nature, its sensitivity, fragility has long been breathed by skilled craftsmen, poets, musicians. But, apparently, from all the creative areas most closely connected with the nature was the art of floristics.

An exhibition "Magic Scraps" was organized in the Picture Gallery of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Center for Culture and Arts. 15 masters presented their works in the technique of “petchwork” during this exhibition.

In the art gallery of  Igor Sikorsky KPI there was  the exhibition of paintings entitled"the Polytechnic Institute in the works of the contemporary Ukrainian artists." The watercolors by Olga Bazhenova and the paintings by Oleg Mischenko, written in oil were represented to the audience.
