Among the winners of the fourth festival of innovative projects "Sikorsky Challenge 2015" there is also the project of autonomous heating "Own heating" which is waited by students of KPI to be implemented.

October 29th, 2015 a meeting of the Methodological Council "KPI", which was reviewed and approved the results of the rating of teaching staff (NPP) University in the 2014/2015 academic year.

In October, 23, His Holiness Philaret Patriarch of All Russia and Ukraine hold a service in the Cathedral of St. Nicholas, the patron saint of KPI for Kyiv polytechnics that gave their lives for freedom and independence of Ukraine and consecrated the deceased heroes’ memorial tablets.
