The acquisition practical skills for students are an important step in the learning process.

On October 30, 2012 Sir Roger Penrose, prominent English scientist, an inventor of twistor theory, who is actively working in various fields of mathematics, physics, general relativity and quantum theory visited NTUU "KPI".

On October 22 -25 NTUU “KPI” had being visited by Prof. Fluminense Federal University Mr. Marcio Zamboti Fortes.

The celebration of the 50th anniversary of the FIDE: a scientific conference, celebrations events, a solemn meeting of the Academic Council were ended. The collective of the Faculty received  friendly greetings, wishes and gifts.

Recently was received a letter which addressed to rector of  KPI M. Zgurovsky from the National Children's Specialized Hospital "OHMATDET" Ministry of Health of Ukraine, where doctors praised the work on improving the technical, information and software made for them by experts KPI .

Believes that there are still more good people on earth than bad. But sometimes we think differently, because evil people are often more visible and aggressive than their antipodes .

On October 23, 2012 a delegation of the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation “Miraikan”, Japan, headed by Executive Director Mr. Motohide Konaka, visited NTUU "KPI".

There is in the Rivne region near the village of Cockroaches an amazing place. The seemingly ordinary, forest road leads to the ordinary hill with cut  tunnel. And after going through it, you will get into a ghost town.

On October 18, 2012 the round table “International mobility of young scientists: promotion opportunities in Ukraine and Germany” took place at NTUU “KPI”. It was organized by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ukraine and NTUU "KPI".
