On June 9, 2018 the Jury of the all-Ukrainian Festival of engineering talents «Future of Ukraine‘2018» announced the first winners of the contest that had been held under the Festival program.

The Academic Council reviewed the competition cases, in particular the election of a head of the department, a professor of departments and a recommendation to the assignment of academic titles.

It is already a good tradition to hold an annual chemical show "Discover the World of Chemistry" within the framework of cooperation between the Chemical Technology Faculty of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and Kyiv Small Academy of Science.

The meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Science and Education took place on June, 6 in the Hall of the Academic Council of the Igor Sikorsky KPI.

In May, the Institute of Telecommunication Systems (ITS) celebrated the 25th anniversary since the establishment of the Department of Telecommunications (previously Department of Telecommunication Facilities). It was this department that gave rise to ITS as we know it today.
