On March, 22 at the  Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute was conducted an open student competition in mathematics.

From 10 to 12 October Department of mathematical analysis and probability theory held an international conference "Boundary theorems in probability theory, number theory and mathematical statistics." The event was a continuation of a series of conferences held during recent years in Europe.

From 29 August to 2th September at the department of mathematical analysis and probability theory in cooperation with European universities under the program "Erasmus +" was read lectures by prof.

At the end of July in the Bulgarian city of Blagoevgrad a traditional international competition among the best Mathematics students was held - IMC (International Mathematics Competition for UniversityStudents).

From 19 to 22 may in Sumy, Sumy state University (SSU) was held the final round of all-Ukrainian Olympiad in mathematics in technical universities. For the second time SSU successfully host the Olympics, which the planning is conducted in may each year.

On the 25th of March the open students mathematic Olympiad took place in NTUU “KPI”.

February 17, 2015 at the Physics and Mathematics Faculty there has been an event, which was expected by students and teachers. This day a newly renovated classroom 421 in the 7th building, was opened.
