Institute for Metal named after  H.V. Kurdyumova NAS of Ukraine celebrated the 70 th anniversary of the founding! On this occasion, the rector "KPI" NAS of Ukraine M. Zgurovsky sent greetings to the Director and staff of the Institute.

On April 27, 2016 the 25th anniversary of the Kyiv Museum of Astronautics History (today – Department of history of aviation and cosmonautics of State Polytechnic Museum of I.I. Sikorsky in NTUU “KPI”) took place.

In Kyiv Polytechnic Institute there is a gallery of outstanding scientists and teachers, whose life and social activity are connected with the institution, they created a KPI as a unique scientific and educational institution.

In this way, many fans and colleagues talk about the recent performance of the National Ensemble of Folk Dance of KPI “Polytechnic” on a city review-competition of folk art, where our dancers took first place.

Administration and scientific and technical staff of Polytechnic lyceum of NTUU “KPI” of Kyiv city sincerely congratulates devoted professor, idea man, the founder of Polytechnic lyceum and Scientific and academic complex “New education”, the father of our large community – Kyrychkov Vasyl Mykytovych on His 75 anniversary!

Recently, the head of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Kiev Professor Henryk Sobchuk has reached the age of sixty.

Fedorov G. E., assistant professor of foundry of ferrous and nonferrous metals, high achiever of Ukrainian education, distinguished lecturer of NTU "KPI", celebrated his 75th birthday on January 18, 2016.

In the autumn of 2015 celebrated 100 years since the birth of Nadezhdy Konstantinovny Vitkup, former assistant professor of descriptive geometry, engineering and computer graphics, many years trade union leader of KPI.
