KPI students

All of us are from childhood and we have made various designs and operating mechanisms from toy parts. For some people that enthusiasm has grown into a future profession.

The distinguishing feature of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is that it focuses on the priority directions of science development both in educational activities and in scientific research.

“Double winner” – so they talk at the faculty about the graduate student Arina Kuts, who adequately introduced the Kyiv Polytechnic, having won the all-Ukrainian professional competitions.

Igor Sikorsky KPI is increasingly established as a center of sociological education and research. In particular, the representatives of the student sociological community of the university successfully declare themselves in professional competitions and olympiads.

It is with this motto that Olena Nazarchuk, a student of the 6th year of the instrument engineering faculty, was awarded the scholarship of the President of Ukraine. The student life of Helen is intense and vibrant with bright influences.

It was in this form that the collaboration of Anastasia Kosmina, Ivan Okrynets and Sofia Kosmina, students of the sixth, fifth and third year of the specialization of the mechatronic direction of the MMI, arose.

The vast majority of Kyiv Polytechnic students are seriously preparing for future professional activities.

One of the best students of the Faculty of Heat and Power, Yurii Onyshchuk, who receives Igor Kurchatov scholarship this year, is a student of the first year of master program, studying in the field of “Nuclear Power Engineering”, specializing in “Atomic Power Plants”.

In May, another three-day workshop of the KPI Students' Section in Poland was organized. It was organized by its leader Janusz Fuksoyu, a graduate of the Kyiv Polytechnic in 1959, the Honorary Doctor of the Igor Sikorsky KPI.

In March the first university tour of All-Ukrainian Olympiad on theoretical mechanics was held at Igor Sikorsky KPI. The winners were three students of the second year of the mechanics and machine-building institute.
