"Who passively waits – in the end receive the expected, but only what is left after those who were playing vigorously," – this credo has defined for herself, Alyona Grishko, the student of the 6th course FSP, scholar of the President of Ukraine. She is now working on his master's thesis on "the Changing business model of management is influenced by processes of digital transformation" under the guidance of a professional PhD in public administration, associate Professor Ya. Yu. Tsimbalenko.
In six years student's life, Kyiv Polytechnic became a research base for finding optimal solutions to pressing problems and is regarded as almost perfectly arranged school. And it's not just words, because the Igor Sikorsky KPI, according to students, KPI was, is and will be the Alma Mater with the democratic management system, an open platform for research and strong teaching team.This is the University with a stable system of values and respect of students. Alyona was awarded the diploma of the International Academy of rating technologies and sociology "Golden fortune" and is a winner of Ukrainian student Olympiad on discipline "Strategic management" (2017). And she is active participant of international and all-Ukrainian scientific-practical conferences, round tables and contests.
She manages to combine a successful study with scientific research in the field of public management and administration. She is a responsible and motivated student, engaged in social activities, taking an active part in student life group, course, faculty.
Every day Alyona tries to use with maximum benefit because: "the Plan is nothing, planning is everything," she says. A student involved in sports, interested in the latest trends in the world of scientific research in the field of management. Despite the workload, finds time to chat with friends, and travel.
