Institute for Metal named after  H.V. Kurdyumova NAS of Ukraine celebrated the 70 th anniversary of the founding! On this occasion, the rector "KPI" NAS of Ukraine M. Zgurovsky sent greetings to the Director and staff of the Institute.

In May, 17 in scientific and technical library of NTUU “KPI” there was a regular art evening - one of the cultural and educational events devoted to famous people of history and culture.

The regular meeting of the trade union committee of "KPI" employees took place on the 19th of May.

Meeting of representatives of NTUU "KPI-Telecom" with the administration and the head of the student council, student council campus and trade students union of "KPI" took place on the 27th of April.

NTUU “KPI” has become the leader of National academic rating in 2016. Being ahead of the other higher educational establishments of Ukraine, NTUU “KPI” took the lead on the criterion “Innovative activity of the universities”.

Each of us rejoices and proud of Jamala's victory at the competition "Eurovision". But not all of us know that this outstanding and at the same time still very young singer repeatedly acted with the National academic choral chapel of NTUU "KPI" (the artistic director - Ruslan Bondar).

On 28th of April at the exposition hall of the campus building №7 was the closing of the 2nd part of creative competition “The KPI Talents” where the photography and computer-generated images were presented (nearly 350 artworks made by 55 participants).

The main item on the agenda was the consideration of the results of XXI tour of integrated monitoring of the training quality. M. M. Perestyuk director of Educational Quality Monitoring was a keynote speaker.

As is already well known, on 11th of April 2016 the lounge area “KPIrelax” was officially opened in campus building №18.

This project was created by the team "KPIrelax" supported by well-known sponsors "Lays" and "Pepsi". So to say, made by students for the students.

On May 18–20, Applied Mathematics Department hosted T. A. Taran International Scientific Conference “Intelligent Analysis of Information’2016.”
