On 28th of April at the exposition hall of the campus building №7 was the closing of the 2nd part of creative competition “The KPI Talents” where the photography and computer-generated images were presented (nearly 350 artworks made by 55 participants).

The main item on the agenda was the consideration of the results of XXI tour of integrated monitoring of the training quality. M. M. Perestyuk director of Educational Quality Monitoring was a keynote speaker.

As is already well known, on 11th of April 2016 the lounge area “KPIrelax” was officially opened in campus building №18.

This project was created by the team "KPIrelax" supported by well-known sponsors "Lays" and "Pepsi". So to say, made by students for the students.

On May 18–20, Applied Mathematics Department hosted T. A. Taran International Scientific Conference “Intelligent Analysis of Information’2016.”

On May, 20th a meeting on Supervisory Board creation for ‘Sikorskyi’s national center’ Charity Fund took place in NTUU ‘KPI’. Viktor Yushchenko, the third Ukrainian president, participated in it.

The chairman of the State Space Agency of Ukraine Lubomyr Sabadosh visited the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" on May 20.

An exhibition of famous Jewish artist who lives and works in Ukraine, Herman Gold "Two nations - one hope" took place in the Art Gallery of the Center of Culture and Arts of NTUU "KPI" on May 18. "Israel and Ukraine live in similar conditions.

International contacts of the specialists from the Department of mathematical analysis and probability theory of the FMF have recently become highly intensive.

On May, 5th solemn meeting on 71st Victory Day anniversary celebration took place in NTUU ‘KPI’.

General Director of State Enterprise «Foreign representatives’ offices General Directorate” (FRGD), Pavlo Kryvonos visited NTUU "KPI" on 28th April. On examining university campus, Center of culture and art as well as State polytechnic museum he had a meeting with managers at NTUU "KPI".
