On December 29, last year, the All-Ukrainian Charity Christmas Futsal Tournament in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was held at the sports complex of the Polytechnic Sports Center. It was organized by the sports and mass committee of the KPI Trade Union.
In general, this is the seventh charity tournament in support of our army.
The tournament was attended by 4 teams: the team of the Trade Union of Students of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, the team "Polytechnic", the team of SE "Antonov" and the team of players from Zhytomyr region "Korostyshiv".
The tournament was held in a round-robin system. As a result of the uncompromising and very spectacular fight, the teams took the following places: the first - the team of SE Antonov, the second - Korostyshiv, the third - the team of the KPI Student Trade Union and the fourth - Polytechnic.
According to the results of the voting of the audience and participants of the tournament, the best scorer was the player of the Antonov team, the best goalkeeper and the best striker were the players of the KPI Student Trade Union team.
The tournament brought together many futsal fans who, together with the participants of the competition, joined in raising funds to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The tournament was officiated by a team of referees, which included teachers of the TOC Department and heads of sports sections of the Center for Physical Education and Sports.
All teams that took part in the matches received memorable prizes and cups.
