Ivan I. Drong (12.04.1907 - 11.12.1993) - a graduate of the KPI 1931, tractor equipment designer, winner of two State Prizes of the USSR, the chief designer of the Minsk Tractor Plant, under whose leadership a world-renowned family of tractors "Belarus" was created.

The international jury consisted of experts from Ukraine, USA, France, Brazil and Japan.
