The Igor Sikorsky KPI team joined the second cycle of the Professional Development Program for Academic Managers.
The first modules are devoted to the role of the university in the context of social transformations, the social mission of the university and strategizing, as well as its role in communities.

📌 Trainings, expert sessions, practical tasks, and participation in the next two modules on personnel, finance, and resource management will allow us to better prepare our own project and present it in the spring of 2026.

The current university team participating in the Program includes:

• Mykhailo Bezuglyi (First Vice Rector);
• Andrii Shysholin (Vice Rector for International Relations);
• Oleksandr Myronchuk (Vice Rector for Infrastructure Development);
• Vasyl Budko (Dean of the FEA);
• Tetiana Kyrychok (professor at the Institute of VPI);
• Anna Veremychuk (head of the international relations department);
• Olena Borichenko (head of the power supply department at the Institute of IEE);
• Alina Shulga (Head of the Faculty Salary Fund Planning Department);
• Stanislav Popov (Assistant at the Department of Biomedical Engineering, FBMI).

KPI is participating in the Program for the second time. The first team completed their training in the spring of 2025.

The Academic Managers Professional Development Program is a unique initiative of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, implemented by the British Council as part of a joint project between the Ministry of Education and Science and the World Bank, “Improving Higher Education in Ukraine for Results.”
