Kyiv Polytechnic is expanding its cooperation in the field of cybersecurity: a delegation from the international company Nihon Cyber Defence Co., Ltd. (NCD), led by CEO Kartan Joseph McLaughlin, visited the university. NCD’s headquarters are located in Tokyo.

Research and Testing Center "Reliability" Marks Its 30th Anniversary

For more than 30 years, the Research and Testing Center "Reliability" has been making a significant contribution to Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute as an important part of the university's research infrastructure. The Center serves as the university's testing and research unit, specializing in the evaluation of the physical and mechanical properties of materials and products, with particular emphasis on their strength and reliability under load.

News of the death of KPI graduate Pavlo Muntian

🕯 Our university community is once again in mourning. News has emerged of the death of a KPI graduate who was defending Ukraine. 🇺🇦 Pavlo Muntian (February 15, 1982 — August 10, 2022).

🔋 Representatives of JSC “Market Operator,” NEC “Ukrenergo,” PJSC “Ukrhydroenergo,” and SE “Guaranteed Buyer” held a two-day series of classes on April 6–7 at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute for approximately 60 senior students from the Department of Power Supply at the -Scientific Institute of Energy Saving and Energy Management ( IEE Institute) and the Department of Electrical Networks and Systems of the Faculty of Electrical Power Engineering and Automation ( FEA)

Ambassador of the Republic of Korea Park Ki-chang: “Modern diplomacy is not just what diplomats and government officials do!”

Meetings with diplomatic representatives from successful countries are always of interest to KPI students and faculty. This is especially true for countries that are recognized leaders in technological development. So, when Park Ki-chang, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Ukraine, delivered his lecture at the Smart Shelter of the Scientific and Technical Library on March 27, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute students listened with rapt attention. And no wonder: his presentation on the topic "Korea-Ukraine Partnership: Technology, Innovation and a Future We Build Together" was dedicated to the partnership between one of the world’s most advanced high-tech nations and Ukraine in fields that are today arguably decisive in ensuring the economic development of civilized countries.
