🥉 3rd place - the team of the Faculty of Radio Engineering (RTF) and the Faculty of Electronics (FEL) of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

All the details about how the hackathon took place will be in our video soon. Don't miss it!

“Such a hackathon is very cool because it allows students to work on projects like in real life, to learn how to properly distribute tasks among colleagues. And the winners will be able to test their employment skills by passing an interview in our company,” says Anton Kotsiubela, Middle Software Engineer at GlobalLogic Ukraine, lecturer at the Faculty of Electronics at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

“The partners are serious, so the task for the participants was not easy: to implement a three-level embedded system project based on the GlobalLogic Embedded Starter Kit with a wide range of sensor components.

To do this, our participants worked on different stages for five hours:

📌 mastered the specifics of working on professional boards from GlobalLogic;
📌 programmed microcontrollers;
📌 monitored the operation of sensors to measure physical quantities, etc.
