Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute was visited by the Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine Herman Smetanin. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize students and teachers with military developments.
“Scientists have a wide range of developments: remote control systems, antennas and radars, chemical power sources, military software, even electronic warfare equipment, barrage munitions and FPV drones,” said Herman Smetanin, head of the Ministry of Strategic Industries.
Among the current developments, there are both versions to be finalized and fully completed, ready for testing.
“Their main advantage is simplicity and lower price compared to existing analogs, as well as their prospects. We can really start producing in Ukraine the samples that we currently buy mostly abroad. We at the Ministry understand the value of such developments and are ready to help them move beyond scientific laboratories and start working on the battlefield,” said Herman Smetanin, Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine.
🇺🇦 We continue to make an active contribution to Ukraine's victory!
