Modern higher education is a borderless environment where theory intersects with cutting-edge practice and national experience is enriched by global trends. During the spring semester, the Faculty of Linguistics at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute hosted a series of guest lectures delivered by leading Ukrainian and international scholars.
A meeting with leading British astrobiologist and planetary scientist Professor Charles Cockell took place at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The visit was organized with the support of the President of Ukraine’s Foundation for Education, Science and Sports under the UK–UA Visiting Professors Programme.
Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute hosted an open lecture by 🇷🇴 Romanian scholar and lecturer Mihai Văcariu, known for his research in the fields of communication theory, philosophy, and cinema, and the director of the Romanian TV channel TVR Moldova, Nicolae Mocanu. The guests were accompanied by Ukrainian poet, writer, and public figure Oksana Stomina.
🇫🇷 Igor Sikorsky KPI was recently visited by Nicolas Tenzer—a French political scientist, analyst on international security and human rights, director of the Center for the Study and Research of Political Decisions (CERAP), senior research fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), and author of over 20 books. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Nicolas Tenzer has become one of the most prominent intellectual voices in support of Ukraine.
Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute has been named one of the 10 winning universities in the prestigious UK–UA Visiting Professors Programme, selected by the Presidential Fund of Ukraine for the Support of Education, Science, and Sports.
Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute currently has 6 volunteers - from the USA, Canada, Germany, Japan and Poland. They teach at the Institute of MMI, FSP, FL, PBF, FMM, FEA.

On June 7-11, 2021, a lecturer Lucía Aragüez Valenzuela from Malaga University, Spain, visited the Faculty of Sociology and Law of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
On 3rd October, Professor of High Physics of Middle East Technical University (Ankara), Dr. Bilge Demirkoz, gave a lecture on “Center for Space Radiation Research in Turkey: Collaboration with CERN” for teachers, scientists and students of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
From April 9 to April 14 this year, students of the Faculty of Electronics had the possibility to attend lectures by professor at the Technical University of Drezden (Germany) Klaus-Jürgen Wolter as guest professor at a foreign university.
