International scientific and practical conference, dedicated to art problems, took place in the Department of Philosophy for the 15th time. This year the conference was about importance of uniting art efforts.

Session of the 5th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Sustainable Development - XXI Century: Governance, Technology, Model (Igor Nedin Scientific Readings)” was held on October, 23-24, at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

On October 25, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “World Conflicts in the 21st Century: Philosophical Reflection of Social, Economic, Ecological, Political and Religious Aspects” was held in the walls of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

From October 15 to 19, the second scientific and technical conference with international participation “Non-destructive control in the context of Ukraine's associate membership in the European Union - NDT-UA 2018” took place in Kalenchuv, Poland

The scientific and practical conference “Rights, Values and Security in the Information Sphere”, organized jointly with the Institute of Informatics and Law, was held at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in May.

The distinguishing feature of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is that it focuses on the priority directions of science development both in educational activities and in scientific research.
