Long time at the higher technical school of Ukraine in educational process generally used Russian. In Russian printed the majority of textbooks and grants, the main scientific and reference books which we use still.

The coordinator of French and Ukrainian projects of Nancy University Patrick Khenaf visited NTUU “KPI” in February, 16. The purpose of his visit is familiarizing with KPI, holding seminars on the issues of students’, post graduates’ and teachers’ training in terms of scientific and academic exchange between NTUU “KPI” and Engineering school in Nancy city.

Implementation of the new Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education" raises many questions among students and teachers

The manager of law firm, leading counsel of Democratic Party of USA, Ravi Batra, ex-permanent representative of Ukraine in OUN, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine Yurii Seregeev and representative of Fund for scientific and technical development of Ukraine, Myhailo Goihman visited NTUU “KPI” in February, 10.

On February, 9th the session of a Management committee of an international project UNIDO “Assistance in adaptation and implementation of resource effective and more clean production through the creation and function of the Center of clean production in Ukraine” took place at NTUU “KPI”.

The exhibition devoted to descriptive geometry takes place in the hall of rare and valuable works in NTUU “KPI” STL. There are textbooks, lecture courses, problem books, albums with drawings published in the second half of XIX century – the first half of XX century.

The main task of the department of administrative and economic work it is maintenance of material and technical base NTUU "KPI" an independent state and its further development.

Finalists and winners of the festival "Sikorsky Challenge 2015" among the other began the project "Campus 2.0" - platform for realization innovative services based on the integration of new hardware, software services, digital multimedia content with elements of augmented reality.

At the beginning of February, 2016 it has been known that State Committee with regard to case of foreign specialists of Chinese People’s Republic granted NTUU “KPI” with a license to further professional development and retraining of Chinese specialists.
