On granting NTUU “KPI” with the name of Igor Sikorsky

he day before the start of new academic year, according to the order of Minister of Education and Science, Lilia Hrynevych, dated August, 17, 2016 № 922 to grant NTUU "KPI" with the name, our university was named in tribute to the former student , outstanding aircraft designer of XX century Igor Ivanovych Sikorsky. Thus, it's full name from now on is National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Politechnic Institute". Certainly, this final decision was preceded by a series of measures envisaged by the current law.

10th ISZZI officers’ graduation

 On the 25th of June, 2016 the 10th graduation of young officers of the State Special Communications Service of Ukraine took place at the state institution “Institute of Specialized Communication and Information Security NTUU ‘KPI’”( ISZZI NTUU “KPI”).

Summer Programming School "CODE Summer" 2016

KPI supports the initiative of the “IT Ukraine” Association in the implementation of the Summer Programming School “CODE Summer” for the third time. This year, the School gathered 70 students from 7 to 10 grades from all over Ukraine who were studying from July 29 to August 19.

The balance of 10th national contest "Professionals of the Future 2016", organized by the telephone service provider Vodafone, has been recently struck. According to records of organizers, over the past 10 years more than 2,700 students participated in the competition.
