Ensuring a stable energy supply is critical for our country. It is crucial for military needs, maintaining the livelihoods of the civilian population, and preserving economic stability. Therefore, it is necessary to implement energy efficiency measures that allow for more efficient use of energy resources. Therefore, we are already beginning to develop mechanisms for implementing an innovative economic policy to ensure energy efficiency in the context of the development of Industries 4.0, 5.0 and the growing risks of the post-war period.
A model for effective war waste management is being developed at the FMM
Environmental crimes committed by russian troops cause irreparable damage to the environment. Natural resources suffer from bombing and mining of territories, construction of fortifications, and destruction of buildings. According to KOVA, as of the beginning of 2024, more than 28.8 thousand objects were damaged in the Kyiv region. Among them are almost 26 thousand private and multi-storey buildings. We need to not only get rid of this garbage, but also apply an ecological principle to its disposal. Sort, recycle and reuse the material.
🎥 Opening of a renewable energy laboratory and a wind energy lecture hall for training specialists
Within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation between DTEK Renewables and Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, a renewable energy laboratory and a wind energy lecture hall were opened at the Educational and Research Institute of Energy Saving and Energy Management (IEE) to train specialists who will rebuild the Ukrainian energy industry.

External independent management audit
Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, in order to analyze the efficiency of resource use and identify opportunities and directions for further development of the university, signed an agreement with one of the leading companies in the market of audit and consulting services “RSM Ukraine”, a member of RSM International (www.rsm.global), the 6th largest network of independent accounting and consulting companies in the world, each of which acts on its own behalf. The agreement is being implemented at the expense of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Alumni Association Charitable Foundation.
