Dear colleagues, delegates and students! I heartily wish you a Merry Christmas and happy New Year 2019! The expiring year was not easy but extremely important for our country. It enriched the Ukrainians with new experience, rallied them and gave new opportunities, aims and plans.
The brightest Christmas ceremonies literally take place in the village of Kryvorivnia (Ivano-Frankivsk region) and the most typical Malanka is in the village Krasnoilsk (Chernivtsi region.)
Post-war Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is indebted to its rector Oleksandr Plygunov for speedy recovery, reintegration into the atmosphere of high academic culture and pedagogical excellence. He made a great contribution to the Institute’s development in hard after-war years.
I’m proud of the fact that I have been working in the best technical university of Ukraine for 58 years. Of course, I keep an eye on all publications dedicated to its history and present days.
