July 28 is the Day of Ukrainian Statehood. The Ukrainian flag was solemnly hoisted in Ploshcha Znan’ (Square of Knowledge) at National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.

Dear Kyiv polytechnicians! On July 28, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Ukrainian Statehood for the first time. A day when it is worth remembering once again our roots, our national identity; who we are, and what we fight for every day.

10,521 out of 14,562 (~72%) university students and 1,995 out of 2,500 (~80%) members of academic staff took part in the monitoring of Students and Teachers’ readiness for Various Modes of Implementation of the Educational Process from September 1, 2022.

The Educational and Scientific Institute of Nuclear and Thermal Energy was established at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute on the basis of the Faculty of Heat and Power Engineering.

In addition to working at the Student Consolidation Centre, Yevheniya Ivanivna was the head of the vocal studio “Nathnennia” (“Inspiration”).

A memorial plaque to the student of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Vadym Zherebylo was put up on the building of Y. O. Paton Educational and Research Institute of Materials Science and Welding.

Rector of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Michael Zgurovsky published an article in the British publication University World News, which reports on higher education news and developments from a global perspective.

On the occasion of the eighth anniversary of the consecration of the university church, Metropolitan Epiphanius held a service in it.
