The event took place in Warsaw and involved more than 10,000 participants from 50 countries. It was attended by representatives of the 50 largest technology companies (Intel, Google, Orange, Accenture, Electrolux, Allegro, Glovo, etc.) and the best technical universities from Poland and the world.
Ukrainian female students, graduate students and scientists were greeted especially warmly: they received stormy applause. Everybody expressed support and condemned russia's war against Ukraine.
The summit was attended by about 100 female representatives of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (online and in person). They joined the discussions on the introduction of new technologies and a scientific seminar for women researchers. The European project Women in Tech Summit was launched for female programmers and specialists in the field of information technology.
