Victor Halasiuk, Professor of IPSA of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, President of the Ukrainian Association for the Club of Rome, Board Member at the Kyiv International Economic Forum (KIEF), spoke about the opportunities that Ukraine must use to return to pre-war levels and further economic growth in an interview with "НВ Бізнес".
Mr. Halasiuk emphasizes that a plan for rebuilding and developing the economy needs to be developing right at the moment. Ukraine should be the author of a strategy for reconstruction and development, and not get ready-made solutions from outside.
