The history of the Scientific and Technical Library of NTUU "KPI" named after H.I.Denysenko began with the Kiev Polytechnic Institute formation in 1898.

As soon as I joined "Globus", I started to count my life not in years, but in training seasons. So the story of the events and achievements of the club goes back to the beginning of the season 2014/2015. In September, there was a traditional evening of newcomers' enrollment.

Faculty of aviation and space systems - one of the youngest faculties of NTUU "KPI" created for the solution of needs of Ukraine as sovereign the aviation and space power country according to the decision of Council of university in May, 1993.

Team KPI Rugby "Polytechnic" was created in 1962 by Valentin Hannem (student of 2nd course of the faculty of automation and instrumentation), who was a talented Sprinter.

Training specialists of steam-boilers and engines, railway locomotives and other thermotechnical equipments began since its formation and was carry out at the departments of Applied Mechanics and Mechanical Technology of Mechanical Department at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

Research interests and direction of the Department of Technical Cybernetics Engineers (DTC) were determined when the 1944/45 academic year, associate professor, Ph.D.

In March 1926, was the first All-Union Congress of delegates of the organization of military and scientific society of the USSR in which took part rector of Kiev Polytechnic Institute Bobrov. At this congress was tasked militarization of schools.

The department the environmental biotechnology and bioenergy (DEB) was established in 2004. According to the Regulations of the DEB, it provides training of bachelors and masters in the field "Environmental biotechnology" as well as highly qualified specialists.

Chapel of  KPI  is 60! It is a short time for the institution, but for the student choir it is a large period. Every five years its participants change (during this time 12 generations of students have changed!).
