The structure of the competition in nominations corresponded to practical projects - 61.5% of the number of works, research projects - 24.1%, creative projects - 9.1%, and informational projects - 5.3%.
The competition was presented with monographs, textbooks, taskers, workshops, teaching aids and laboratory complexes, curricula and plans, abstracts and experimental courses, etc.
From February 28 to March 23, 2018, the final stage of the competition took place. In the nomination “Technical sciences. Practical project” the prize winner (second place) became a set of 8 guidelines for the implementation of laboratory work on the course “Heat Mass Transfer”, which has the stamp of the Methodological Council of NTUU “KPI” (Minutes No. 10 of June 16, 2011). These educational materials are intended for laboratory and practical work on the basis of the laboratory of the honored scientist and technician of Ukraine Myhaylo Oleksandrovych Kychygin, which form the united practical complex.
The authors of the project are associate professors of the department of theoretical and industrial heat engineering, candidates of technical sciences Volodymyr Vasylyovych Bosiy and Andriy Sergiyovych Havrysh. Unfortunately, one of the co-authors – V.V. Bosiy - did not live up to the bright moment of international success (see “KP” No. 31 of November 9, 2017). But the pedagogical school and creative achievements of Volodymyr Vasylyovych will bring and will benefit students for many years.
