The 11th and 12th of December, a training course “Preparation of project proposals in the Horizon 2020 Program” was held at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

Every October, the world celebrates International Open Access Week. It was initiated in 2009 by the Coalition of Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition (SPARC) with the support of the student community. This year's International Open Access Week was celebrated from 21 to 27 October.

May 27-31 on the basis of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute has been hosted the International Training Week for ” Erasmus +” (KA1) International Credit Mobility Partner Universities, organized by the DNVR in cooperation with the DMS, and was attended by 15 delegations from European partner

    The next stage of the international project, that is carried out at the Department of Management of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute under the Jean Monnet module Erasmus+ "European business models: transformation, harmonization and implementation in Ukraine", began

On the 1st of March 1 students and staff of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute met the coach of the Agency for the Development of International Cooperation of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Israel and the Golda Meir Mount Carmel International Training Center Natalia Mazor.

For the scientist from the Faculty of Management and Marketing, the 2017 was a happy year.

In the Igor Sikorsky KPI series of trainings "Data Science Bootcamp" were held from August 12 to 19, 2017

In June, 27 there was training on project writing and management in framework of Program of European Union Erasmus+ in the area of KA1: international credit mobility (for higher educational establishments) in Igor Sikorsky Kyiv polytechnic institute.

 Modern development of the country requires using of new technologies in space monitoring of the Earth and geospatial data collection in order to meet social needs, national security and defense and so on. It was marked in the project Space activities strategy of Ukraine till 2022.

According to the President’s of Ukraine order,  2016 year was declared the Year of English in Ukraine. During the year, teachers of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute was lucky to take part in the summer school of the British Council in Ukraine.
