On 5-6 October 2016 "KPI after. Igor Sikorsky" was visited by the delegation Hunan Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals (PRC) headed by President Chen Wei.

In October, 12, the president of International organization of Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (ІЕЕЕ Industry Applications Society), David Duroshe as well as the manager of department of participant and members of ІЕЕЕ Industry Applications Society, Peter Magyar visited NTUU “Igor Sikorsky KPI”.

On 29th September the memorandum on partnership and cooperation with IB "Ukrgasbank" had been signed by NTUU “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Politechnic Institute” and science park “Kyivska Polytechnika”.

NTUU “Igor Sikorsky KPI” and Scientific Park “Kyiv polytechnics” signed memorandum on the cooperation with one of the world leaders in the field of information and communication technologies – Huawei Company in September, 14. The document determines basic principles of the cooperation in three directions – education, science and innovations.

In June, 12 NTUU "KPI", "Electrobus of Ukraine" and Scientific Park "Kyiv polytechnics" have signed the Memorandum of scientific and technical cooperation.

In June, 30, representatives of International financial corporation IFC, Ukreksimbank and real estate developer of «Sky Towers» complex visited NTUU “KPI”.

NTUU “KPI” today announced that it has been named a GPU Education Center and GPU Research Center by NVIDIA, a computer technology company that has pioneered GPU-accelerated computing.

April 21, 2016 ninth general meeting of the Association of Users of Ukrainian Research and Academic Network "URAN" was held in the "KPI", which summed up its activity for the past three years and the plans for the near future.

Professor Genrik Sobchuk heads the Representation of the Polish academy of Sciences in Kyiv for several years. And he told about cooperation with NTUU "KPI" to the Kyiv Polytechnic newspaper editorial offices about features of this work.

General Director of State Enterprise «Foreign representatives’ offices General Directorate” (FRGD), Pavlo Kryvonos visited NTUU "KPI" on 28th April. On examining university campus, Center of culture and art as well as State polytechnic museum he had a meeting with managers at NTUU "KPI".
