Two holidays almost coincide in time—All-Ukrainian Library Day and Education Workers' Day. As noted by the famous Ukrainian educator and publicist Vasyl Sukhomlynsky, “a library is a temple where spirituality is always born and preserved.” This year, these holidays coincided with the 45th anniversary of the H.I.
