December 26, the official transfer of the vehicle - SUV «Chevrolet» to Ukrainian military was held near the university interfaith church of St. Nicholas. This vehicle was additionally equipped by the students NTUU "KPI".

The last days of 2014 are flowing away. Another page in the history of our state is turning.

This past year was a difficult one for Ukraine, the university, for each of us. But at the same time it was very successful.

Held from 24 to 30 November 2014 second certification of the autumn semester was the last large-scale control measures before the session, which involved 15850 (excluding ISCIS) students at 1.27% (279 people) more than during the same period in school year.

December 12, Vice Rector for Research, Honored Scientist of Ukraine, three times winner of the State Prize in Science and Technology of the USSR, the Ukrainian SSR and NAS of Ukraine academician M.U.

"There are no two identical snowflakes." Probably everybody heard this phrase. But few know that it was first written by Wilson A. Bentley (Wilson Alwyn Bentley) - american farmer who became famous through his photographs of snowflakes.

On the calendar - the end of December, we are actively preparing to meet the New Year. Since childhood, we believe that this is the holiday of miracles and magic, so in a chiming clock guess most cherished desire. Each has its "effective" way.

From 3 November to 10, annual art competition and exhibition "Talents KPI" was held in the university. 68 contestants took part in it: students, teachers, researchers, staff NTUU "KPI" presented a total of 350 authors' works. The works were exhibited in the exhibition hall of building №7.

From 8 to 13 December in the exhibition hall of the Japan-Ukrainian Center NTUU "KPI" there was held an exhibition "New year ikebana."

We all come from childhood and remember what a miracle it seemed spillage sparks of magic wands - Bengal lights on birthday or New Year. Years go by, and with the same enchanted eyes our children and grandchildren are watching the mini-fireworks..
