Representatives of NTUU “KPI” administration as well as the heads of its several institutes and faculties had a discussion on cooperation issues with delegation of General staff of Defence Forces of United Arab Emirates.
Delegation of General staff of Defence Forces of United Arab Emirates visited KPI in November, 18 under the auspices of manager deputy of analytical center for electronic intelligence of General staff of Halid Mohamed Alkuweiti. Together with guests from UAE the representatives of State enterprise “Ukrboronservis” headed by the general director deputy Ruslan Matiishen visited university.
Pro-rector for international relations, correspondent member of Ukrainian NAS Sergii Sydorenko spoke on the history of KPI, its traditions, renowned graduates and today’s scientific and educational exploit at the beginning of the meeting.
University pro-rector for academic work (perspective development) professor Oleksii Novikov informed guests in details about specific features in specialists training in the field of information security in Physics and technical institute of NTUU “KPI”.
Director of Institute of special communication and information security of NTUU “KPI”, major general of State service for special communication and information security Sergii Piskun and the officers of this institute spoke on the studying process there. Professor Fedir Dubrovka informed representatives of delegation of General staff of Defence Forces of United Arab Emirates about the activity and achievements of the chair of theoretical science of radiotechnics of Radio technical Faculty of KPI in the field of the engineering of multiple-frequency band and multi-beam antenna systems of wide application.
This part of meeting ended up with the speech of the associate professor of the chair of mathematics methods of information security of Physical and Technical Institute, Liudmyla Kovalchuk on the training program for the first group of listeners from UAE.
In the end, the meeting participants observed one of the rooms of Physical and Technical Institute, looked through study guides for listeners and visited State polytechnic museum of KPI.
