On November 23rd delegation from Calcutta University “Adamas” (the Republic of India) visited NTUU “KPI”. The delegation consisted of Samit Ray, rector, Surajit Bimas, his deputy and Parimal Chandra, international links director.
“Adamas” University is a young educational establishment founded in 2014. Its campus is located near Calculla, the capital of West Bengal State. The university has great conditions for education, scientific work and entertainment of students and nowadays it networks with other countries for improving cooperation in science and educational spheres.
Yurii Yakymenko, the first vice-rector of NTUU “KPI”, academician of the National Academy of Science in Ukraine, Sergii Sydorenko, vice-rector on international links, correspondent-member of NAS, Prof. Volodymyr Koval, director of the Center of international education of KPI, Borys Tsyganok, director of scientific programs of the Center and Andrii Shysholin, head of international economic activity of the international collaboration department met guests.
Participants of the meeting discussed potential collaboration issues – its forms, directions and possible partners. Resuming the meeting parties agreed to prepare corresponding agreement with concrete terms and conditions.
Finally, quests observed exhibitions of the State Polytechnic museum of NTUU “KPI”.
