KPI celebrated Day of Dignity and Freedom.
Despite bad weather polytechnics couldn’t stay this day at home on November, 21st and gathered on the Square of Knowledge in order to celebrate the anniversary of the beginning of the Revolution of Dignity and commemorated memory of dead on Maidan and fights at the East of Ukraine. Students who participated in events on Maidan Nezalezhnosti and Hrushevskoho Street laid flowers to the monument of Heavenly Hundred near the Church of Saint Mykola – heavenly patron of KPI.
“Today more than 15 our students and colleagues are in ATO zone – mentioned Petro Kyrychok, vice-rector on educational work, after the ceremony – So we wish them power and bravery and hop that peace will prevail and people will not die anymore.”
After that, part of students went to the city center so as to join general events.
