Experts from Igor Sikorsky KPI became speakers and participants in the event “Digitization of Industrial SMEs — Hack & Match,” which took place at Kyiv Polytechnic University.
The focus was on real business cases and the joint search for applied digital solutions for Ukrainian small and medium-sized industrial enterprises.
Participants discussed:
• digitalization of industrial processes;
• the use of AI agents in production;
• financing of technological projects;
• scaling solutions and cooperation with international networks.
The industry focus was on the food industry, mechanical engineering, and defense industry. Attention was also paid to cross-sectoral areas: maintenance of production assets, circular production, AI, and big data processing.
A separate part of the program was a visit to the laboratories of the Sikorsky Challenge Additive Technology Science Park as an example of the synergy between education, science, business, and socially significant initiatives, particularly in the field of additive technologies and medical prosthetics.
The event was organized by the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) Kyiv HiTech consortium, which includes Centre 4.0 KPI DIH Igor Sikorsky KPI.
