Happy International Pi Day

On March 14, the world celebrates International Pi Day. The idea to establish it occurred to physicist Larry Shaw in 1987. He noticed that according to the American date system, March 14 was written as 3.14, coinciding with the beginning of the mathematical constant.

This number is included as a basic constant in many laws of nature, calculation formulas for calculating phenomena in physics, mechanics, astronomy, electronics and other fields. It "attracts" all mathematicians, physicists, and engineers who take on scientific challenges.

On this day, all math enthusiasts use objects or do things related to the number "Pi", discuss the importance of this constant to the world and solve problems to train memory using the number.
