The Shevchenkove village community began to produce its own fuel resource with the help of equipment developed by Vladyslav Kykot, a student of the Educational and Research Institute of the Institute of Nuclear and Thermal Energy.

Due to damage to the energy infrastructure as a result of attacks by enemy missiles and drones, students and teachers of the university had problems recharging electronic devices, without which the educational process is impossible today.

By the decision of the Committee on State Prizes of Ukraine, the Prize of the President of Ukraine for Young Scientists in 2020 was awarded the work "Scientific and methodological principles of energy-efficient buildings by introducing effective heat supply and thermal protection systems".
