Today, the Faculty of Electric Power Engineering and Automation hosted a presentation of new infrastructure solutions that enhance the university's energy autonomy and digital capabilities.

📌 The Virtual Laboratory for Modeling Energy Systems has become an example of successful cooperation with international and Ukrainian partners. A full-fledged educational digital space for modeling complex energy systems was created with the support of the international partners:

🇸🇪 IVL (Swedish Environmental Research Institute), which provided 15 licenses of Matlab software;
🇺🇦 DMCC Engineering, which donated 25 PowerFactory licenses;

👍 Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Development Fund, which financed the purchase of 15 modern computers.
The laboratory was created as part of the international project Ukraine Sustainable Energy Systems with the participation of 🇸🇪 Swedish Institute.

📌 The Digital Power Lab has been supplemented by Huawei Ukraine. Now it is able to provide electricity to the structural units of the FEA during outages, which allows the educational process to continue uninterrupted.

📌 The photovoltaic system of guaranteed power supply for the dean's office and the FEA admission committee was implemented with the support of Atmosphere. This solution allows to ensure the stable operation of the faculty administration, which is especially important during the session and the admission campaign.
