Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute graduate returned from captivity!

On June 11, 2023, during the next exchange of prisoners, Ukraine returned 95 more of its defenders, including a graduate of the Department of Sociology of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in 2018, Master of Sociology Oleksandr Bevziuk-Voloshyn.

With the beginning of the Russian aggression on February 24, 2022, Oleksandr defended his homeland as a member of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

While performing a combat mission, he was taken prisoner. He was held in captivity for a year and two months.
