Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is awarded with the Grand Prix "The leader of the higher education of Ukraine" of the international educational exhibition "modern educational institutions" which took place in the Kiev Palace of children and youths from March 14 to March 16.
The university was presented at the exhibition by the Department of educational affairs together with Mechanical Engineering Institute, the Faculty of Electric Power Engineering and Automation, the heat-and-power faculty.
The rector of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Michael Zgurovsky was awarded with gratitude of the exhibition for valuable contribution to the reform of the national education system. The team of authors from the Faculty of Electronics headed by the first pro-rector of the university academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Yuriy Yakymenko was also awarded with gratitude for print publications, which were presented in the nomination "Formation informational and digital competence as important component of development of the innovative personality".
