In December, 1, representatives of Institute of business administration and engineering technologies Vishvaniketan (India), managing owner, Professor Sandyr Inamndar and director of international relations department, Professor Dhananjai Handzode visited Igor Sikorsky KPI.
Pro-rector for international relations, correspondent member of Ukrainian NAS, Sergii Sydorenko, director of Center of international education, Volodymyr Koval, dean of Faculty of Electronics, Valerii Zhuikov, dean of Faculty of Electric Power Engineering and Automatics, Olexandr Yandulskyi, Foreign students deputy director of Institute of Mechanical Engineering, Olexandr Shevchenko and others had a meeting with guests.
After first meeting and information exchange about the main lines of studying and research in both educational establishments, meeting participants discussed issues of studying process organization and Indian students practical training in Igor Sikorsky “KPI” as well as mechanisms of closer cooperation according to a series of lines. Besides, guests visited laboratories of Institute of Mechanical Engineering.
In the end of the day, the owner of Institute of business administration and engineering technologies Vishvaniketan, professor Sandyr Inamdar and the first pro-rector of National technical university of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv polytechnic institute”, academician of Ukrainian NAS, Yurii Yakymenko signed an agreement envisaging that educational establishments will cooperate in educational, research and innovative fields and that first three groups of Indian students are coming to summer school of “Igor Sikorsky KPI” next summer. Faculties that provide training and other aspects of cooperation have already been decided.
