Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is working on rectifying the only violation - the lack of automatic fire alarm systems in dormitory #15. Besides, under the Supreme Court decision, the lack of a fire alarm system cannot pose a risk of fire and a threat to human life and health.
The Court's previous decision to close the 15th dormitory was erroneous, as the Court of Appeal did not examine the evidence of rectifying the violations of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The Court based its decision only on the Inspection Act 120 of 07.02.2020 and, thus, leveled both the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute evidence and the actual role of the Court in the proceedings.
