On February 15, 2026, KPI graduate Denis “Fox” Gordeev, a lieutenant and commander of a platoon of unmanned aerial vehicles of the 156th Mechanized Brigade, was killed while performing a combat mission in Donetsk Oblast. He was 36 years old.
