The third issue of the magazine about the modern culture of eastern Ukraine - "PlusMinusNeskinchennost" - was presented at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Library.
The first two issues were about the art and culture of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The third issue is devoted to Ukrainian art, which was born in the first two months of the full-scale war.
