Master’s program in dual education “Dynamics and Strength of Machines” of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute has received a certificate of European accreditation. This is the result of many years of cooperation between the university and “Progresstech - Ukraine” company.
The certificate proves that the Master’s degree program fully complies with the requirements of the European standard EUR-ACE® of the European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education ENAEE.
The Master’s Program “ Dynamics and Strength of Machines” trains mechanical engineers, researches whose knowledge is needed in aerospace industry, nuclear power and so on. Due to European accreditation the diploma will be of greater value to employers, so graduates of the program will have a competitive benefits in finding employment in foreign companies.

These are big aviation and space companies: State Enterprise “Antonov”, State Enterprise “Plant 410 Civil Aviation”, State design bureau “Southern”, “Yuzhmash”, Boeing, Airbus, Firefly and others. It is also important for students because, by joining this program, they will be convinced that they will study according to European standards recognised by international companies and that they will be required in these markets as specialists,” said the Rector of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, M. Zgurovsky.
The dual education provided by “Dynamics and Strength of Machines” Program gives students of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute the opportunity not only to study theory in classrooms, but also to gain practical work skills based on “Progresstech - Ukraine” and “Boeing - Ukraine” companies, where the students of the program are already full-time employees.
