The 20th International Scientific and Technical Conference "System Analysis and Information Technologies" SAIT was opened in a hall of Administrative Board of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute on May 22, 2018.
About 270 representatives of an ademic and industry research institutions, also representatives from different higher education institutions in Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova participated in the conference. The participants prepared 152 reports, the thesises of this reports were included into the recently issued publication. The conference was opened by Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, deputy director of scientific work of IASA in Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, her name is Natalia Pankratova. The plenary session began with the professor’s presentation, his name is Mikhailo Zgurovskyi - academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, rector of the
Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. He delivered a lecture entitled "Modelling the breakdown lines of the civilizations in the context of their fundamental cultural differences," this lecture was prepared jointly with professor, deputy director of the Education Quality Monitoring Institute – Maria Perestyuk. Onward at the plenary session, the participants introduced such reports as – "Methodology of Application Designing in the Technology of GPGPU" (prof. S.D. Pogorilyi, prof. S.L. Kruvyi from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University), "Methods of Applied Nonlinear Analysis in Game-Theory Problems of Dynamics" (prof., academician of the NAS of Ukraine A.O. Chikryi, V.M. Glushkov from the Institute of Cybernetics, the NAS of Ukraine), "System approach and world evolution" (professor, academician of the NAS of Ukraine V.A. Shirokov, Information Fund of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine).
Later, the conference will work in four sections: "System analysis of complicated systems of different nature", "Intelligent decision-making systems", "Highly-productive computing and development of microsystems", "Progressive information technologies".
The conference will be accomplished on 23 May.
